Physicals

PHYSICALS - Physicals must be conducted by a physician prior to participation.  Only the OSAA Sports Physical Form is accepted.  Physicals are good for 2 years from the date of the exam. Login to your Aktivate account to verify if your physical is still valid.  Contact our athletics secretary, Diana Kerman, with any questions. 

ELIGIBILITY - ALL STUDENTS who compete in athletics/activities must be enrolled in and pass a total of 5 classes, even as a senior, and on track to graduate. Please contact our Athletic Director, Carey Wilhelm, if there are questions concerning eligibility.   

FEES - The 2025-26 Athletic or Activity fee is available for payment in the Webstore. We believe everyone should have an opportunity to participate in athletics and activities. To apply for funding assistance, please complete the Riverside Family Income Confirmation Form.
